| Mr Hammers Hammer. When Hammer dropped his hammer he hit Mr Twi on the head! The recoil from the impact flung the hammer all the way over to where it dropped. In puke. | |

| The traces of puke would have been found but they weren't. So stop talking nonsense! | |

| Mr Cormsie in all fairness, puke isn't exactly hard to get off, it's unlikely that traces would stay on it if it was washed BY THE SUSPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | |

| OOC: I've been losing track of this...but I've got an idea.
*slams gavel*
I think we've had enough testimony. For now, at least. It is hard to assert exactly happened to the hammer - it could have been washed, although that would have been time consuming. But we don't know the exact details of this case in time. This trial has gone on for a while. Can both sides now attempt to piece together what they think happened on the night of the murder? Look through all the evidence now and answer carefully.

| I think I will stick with my earlier theory.
I think Mr. k stole Hammer Bro.s hammer while his eyes were closed with the gloves. He then waited until he was out of sight and striked Twi with the hammer, thus killing him. He heard a sound, and panicked. He then took the gloves and feet (they were slowing him down) and threw them in the bin, and fled. This is why he is not wearing them today as he threw them in the bin that night. This is what I think happened.

| I see. That sounds plausible but we'll have to hear the Prosecutor's theory first, as well as his response to yours. | |

| My theory is this. Mr Hammer took his hammer and thwacked Mr Twi over the head with it. When he saw blood he was sick because of the shock of what he had just done. His hammer was dropped in the sick so he took it to clean it so it wouldn't look suspicious. This man was crafty though, knowing that there were many chicken costumes he stole a suit and chicken feet and planted them around the crime scene to make Mr K look guilty. Mr Hammer is the killer | |

| It's true that Mr. K already explained that but like Mr. Corsmie reminded us, there was only "K's DNA", the fingerprints, found on the chicken feet. Hammer Bro. still seems the more likely suspect but it's still a mystery how he did this - if he did. | |

| Oh how rude of me to forget the crucial part, the gloves!!!!!!! Mr Hammer used the gloves to plant the chicken feet | |

| Very well. Mr. K, please testify about whatever Mr. Cormsie asks. Meanwhile, the Prosecutions story stands a little stronger. But I feel that something crucial is missing... ....
...
Oh! That's right. We've established the murderer, the method, but what about the motive? To our annoyance our team of detectives have not been able to establish any sort of motive for Hammer Bro.
Routledge: Your honour, if you would let me take the stand to speak.
*slams gavel* Right, go head.
*K moves aside briefly as Routledge moves onto the podium*
Routledge: As you know earlier, we've had *mumble mumble* ...difficulties, in our investigation. Time restraints and whatnot. But now I believe that we can put this case at a close by establishing a motive for the prosecution's theory - or, dare I say it, possibly, a motive for Mr. K - no offence, Mr. K. So discussing this with my team we decided that our best method was to make some 'contacts' testify! Yes, that's right. People related in some way to the case. Now if you would just-
Detective, this better not be a waste of time.
Routledge: I promise it won't be. Now, let's look through the library of profiles...
Mr. Cormsie Sex: Male Age: N/A A Defence attorney who hasn't taken many cases in his short time as a lawyer. His current client is Hammer Bro.
Uncle Kevo Sex: Male Age: N/A A Prosecuting attorney who has been noted for his thorough examination of murder cases. He has found many clients guilty.
Hammer Bro. Sex: Male Age: N/A The Defendant in this case, accused of killing Twi. Officially unemployed but a 'skilled player of cards' at soup club in random district, where he makes his money gambling.
Twi Sex: N/A (Routledge - he's Suicine for goodness sake) Age: N/A The victim in this case. He works as a missionary going round run-down places in the world and purifying water.
Judge Sex: Male Age: (Over) 9000 A courtroom judge who's favourite pastime is finding the real murderer in a homicide case.
James Routledge Sex: Male Age: 17 The youngest detective in the district. His favourite pastime is ordering the older detectives about.
Mr. K Sex: Male Age: N/A Claims to have seen the murder and our only eyewitness. Work as mascot at Al's Toy Barn across the road from the Random District carpark.
George Ducal Sex: Male Age: 34 Is the owner of Al's Toy Barn.
Sun Sex: Male Age: N/A Twi's brother.
Koopa Troopa Sex: Male Age: N/A In legion with Bowser alongside Hammer Bro.
Profiles added to court record.
Routledge: There. Me and my team wrote all these. We haven't missed out anyone already related to the case, have we? People who are yet unrelated to this case are: George Ducal, Sun and Koopa Troopa.
Actually, this might actually be a good idea. ...I propose that we decide who to bring in first to testify about their relation to the suspects or victim in this case. Defence and Prosecution, who do you think should take the stand? Discuss this and raise any decisions or objections. If necessary.

| Mr. Cormsie, do you have any objections? If you do, please say so now. In the meantime, look through the already existing evidence and testimony for any possible motive - both sides of court.
Mr. K's testimony submitted into the court record.

| Aha I think I may have established a motive for our suspect. Mr Hammer was a well-known gambler and Mr Twi was a missionary who didn't like sinning such as gambling. What if Mr Twi was unhappy with the way that Mr Hammer lived his life and preached to him? Hammer wasn't happy being told what to do with his life, saw red and killed Mr Twi with his hammer. | |
