Pokémon HG/SS Thread. GET YER LATIOS/LATIAS YESTERDAY

No, I'm wondering if I can get HG/SS and all the other pokemon games via this way.

I got it on Friday. I'm currently training up for the elite four. My team hates dragon type pokemon, so the Elite Four Champion is gonna be pretty hard. I'm setting a goal for each of my pokemon to reach before taking on the Elite four.

My current team is: Ho-oh Lv 46, Typhlosion Lv 45, QuagsireLv 44, Togekiss Lv 43, Graveler Lv 42 and Pidgeot Lv 41.

I used to have a Haunter, but I replaced it with Ho-oh when I caught it. ;_;

Might keep training it though.

Me neither, but I suppose it's good because of the amount of steps you do.

That Pokewalker thingy is an ingenious device; It's basically a tamagotchi.

It's nice because it adds that extra interaction with your Pokemon.

I'm training for the Elite Four as well. I tried to fight them (saving beforehand so I could just turn off when I died so I know how much to train) and reached to champion but his level 50 Dragonite owned my only way of taking down dragons so I'm training Gyarados up a bit now, maybe the others to make it easier...

Current team is:

- Ampharos (level 41)
- Typhlosion (level 39)
- Noctowl (level 39)
- Gyarados (level 40)
- Ho-oh (level 45)
- Rocky (level 38)

Where do people recommend training for the Elite Four? I'm finding training against wild pokémon in the end of Victory Tunnel really slow D:

Also, Jazz, a strong fire type will kick Jasmine's ass.

Well, iirc, I got all my pokemon to Lv 47 before I took on the Elite 4. I mainly trained on the wild pokemon at the end of victory road, but for pokemon who were weak against rock type pokemon, I trained them at that house near the beginning of victory road where you can heal your pokemon. My team was this(I think):

Typhlosion: Lv 47
Graveler: Lv 47
Quagsire: Lv 47
Ho-Oh: Lv 47
Togekiss: Lv 47
Pidgeot: Lv 47

Victory road is really the best place to train your pokemon. I also had to use a crap load of hyper potions and full restores to beat the champion.

I managed to get Gyarados up to level 46 and then just took them on and won. Just.

I'm in Kanto getting owned by the gym leaders over there now XD
