They're all legit.

I had some kind of shiny streak - Nidoran then Nidoran

I found Farfetch'd a long time after that - he's my newest one

And I got Shiny Gyarados at Lake of Rage

As for Celebi and Mew, I think they're legit. There was a mix-up with mine and Lauren's HG when she was going down to visit Rushimaru, Rairou and Keiran for a week (at the start of the holidays). I dunno what happened, but they were there when I turned on my game after getting it back

And the Japanese Mew doesn't even come with Transform...

And "dead" and "deaded" are two totally different things.
