Reason for joining: Many reasons. Partly to find out WTF this is. Partly because I want to.
Qualities you'll bring: I know what I'm doing, I'm calm, I'm collected and I'm a good leader.
Strengths: Work under immense amounts of pressure, good leadership skills
Weaknesses: Lack of trust, fear of authority, inability to be lowest in anything

Basically it's like the show where you are in two teams and I will set you tasks. The losers will have 3 in the boardroom and one will be fired there will be chatango sites set up for each team.
