PostSubject: Solve the problem ~ Round two on OP!   Sat Jan 30, 2010 1:16 pm

So, here we are. Solve the problem. In short, I post a problem, and you attempt to rectify it. EG, A train has crashed and is on fire, but the fire brigade have no carbon to stop it. There's a lake, but the beaver's dam has blocked it off - it's dry.

[[Really simple example]]: I blow up the beavers with a nuke, take up the water from the lake in a helicopter and dump it on the train.

I then decide on points. First will get three points; Second will get two; And third will get you one.

Leaderboard:

Second problem

A man is going around shooting people, mugging them. He is partial to gum, and loves chips. But all I have is vinegar and some ketchup! Oh, and that chipshop down the road. AND that chloroform that I found down the toilet...

Ram the robbers with the trolley. If they don't give in, bash 'em with your grater.

Like that?

Of course, you could also:

Threaten them with the grater, chase 'em out with the trolley and barricade the door with said trolley.

Well, you could always attempt to grate the trolley, which would catch fire after all the friction, and then throw the trolley at the shops one by one, thus burning down the shops, ergo nothing for people to steal.

It causes more havoc and pain, but it works. (:

Yes, but then you'd have another problem. How would you stop the fire?

I take the vinegar and ketchup and make it into a mixture/paste and then leave it to dry until it is solid. I then attract the mugger with my solid which i tell him is a ball of gum. He comes over to get the gum and I splash the chloroform in his face, therefore blinding him.

I lure him with the smell of vinegar and ketchup towards the chip shop. When he goes in, he has to put his guns down to buy some chips (and some gum, 'cause they sell it there). I take that chance and stuff the guns up with ketchup and chloroform (and some gum), solidifying it in the chip shop's fridge/freezer (you know, where they store the drinks). If the guy finds out and tries to whack me one, I'll spray vinegar in his eyes, sing "Sooth Criminal" and run out of the shop.

My scenario in RP form wrote:
Me: Hey, dude, come to the chip shop! I've got vinegar~! And they sell gum there~!

*guy follows to chip shop. Orders chips, puts guns down to get money out of pockets*

*I steal the guns, stuff 'em up with ketchup, chloroform and a piece of gum from under the chip shop counter. I stick 'em in the fridge until the stuff has solidified. By that time, the man has finished counting his money and I give him his guns. He notices, growls at me and prepares to whack me with one of the guns. I spray vinegar in his face*

Me: You've been hit by~ you've been struck by~ a Smooth Criminal~

*I run away at high speed*

I would wait for him to venture to the chip shop, or lure him to the chip shop, with the smell of vinegar and ketchup. I would then mix the chloroform with the vinegar and ketchup, and proceed to swap it with the vinegar and ketchup inside. As the man pours his vinegar and ketchup, the fumes of chloroform will intoxicate him, giving him a cardiac arrhythmia and killing him dead.
