Rate the avatar above... n_n *30 minute/3 post rules*

yeah... GOGOGO...after reading this..
Rules and guidelines:

- You are only permitted to post in the thread once every 30 minutes. If you really must say something use the edit button. There is no excuse for this as you have found about before. People posting this regularly just makes the thread grow at an uncontrollable rate and people use it as a post dumping ground to try and increase their post counts.

- Rate the avatar above your post. Everyone who posts generally wants a rating of some kind so please be fair and follow this to ensure everyone gets rated. If you want you can rate many people in the thread at once but please make sure the person above you is rated. Should you post and someone has posted in before you then edit your post using the edit button to rate the person who is now above you. Simple.

- Give a rating! You are expecting to say something about the post above you. Do not just post "Rate this" without rating someone else's avatar. It's just the way it works, to be rated rate another.

- Be constructive. "70/100" as a post is not acceptable. It is just an excuse to post. Say something about the avatar, say what you like, what you don't like and suggest a way they can improve the avatar. Try and not be too offensive either, we aren't all super avatar makers you know!

- No demanding people to rate several possible avatars. It is ok for you to post many possible avatars for people to rate but they are not obliged to rate all of them for you, just the one. If they choose not to rate all of them then they don't have to.

In which case it would be nice if you'd use the following. If everyone starts using it people who are new will realise quickly and won't just post numbers.
